Medical Care

One of the greatest concerns of today's society is medical care. On Farraige Belle, medical care is of the utmost importance. However, resources on the island are not as extensive as they might be elsewhere. Medical care is one of the exceptions to the "no electronics" rule, but the facilities (while clean and 100% safe) are not equipped to deal with long-term illnesses.

On Farraige Belle, over-the-counter drugs like Tylenol are available at all times. Common prescription drugs are available from doctors. Doctors are equipped to perform minor surgeries and emergency major surgeries. Long term diseases and illnesses, however, are sent to the mainland for treatment and care. Citizens may return when they see themselves fit and capable to do so.
